Account Suspended - No Service

Through no fault of my own, acknowledged by Boost, I received notice my payment went through and then hours later notice that my account was suspended. I went to the boost app and submitted additional payment, yet I still do not have phone, text, data. But my credit card shows pending charges for service. Boost is unable to give me definitive answer when issue will be resolved.
