Secure Connection Failed When Trying To Login

When trying to login into to Bing Ads, I keep getting a 'Secure Connection Failed' error message. Not sure what is going on. I am using Firefox. I also tried to access it using Microsoft Edge, but got an error message stating that it can't reach the page and to make sure I have the right address! I'm not having problems accessing any other secure/https sites. I'm wondering if they are under attack. Earlier when doing research for my campaign, I searched for a keyword that I wanted to targeted to see what kind fo ads were being displayed and literally, the same advertiser had taken up the majority of the ad positions on the first page!
