Website & Mobile app both down

Completely offline, can load bank site but can't log in, error messages vary between incorrect user name to sitewide outage to just a blank white screen. Phone customer service wait time is an hour+ but I waited and the customer svc rep said they don't know when it will be back up. The automated phone system works but is limited in what you can do.
