I am no longer able to access BBT.com at all because I get a Failover.bbt.com message and that's that. There is no way to go around it. It would be helpful if somebody could look into this and fix iit. I called the bank last week to inquire what this could be and nobody had the slightest clue. Somebody in that bhank must know what the hell is going on. We need help please! Can somebody at the bank take the interest in investigating, iddentifyinjg and fixing this  terrible invonvenient behavior.

Thankx

Yes, I've received the same "failover" nonsense. I am in a private mode but doubt that is substantial enough to make it change its name ha I think BB&T has now officially merged its indiscretions with Suntrust to further muddy their swamp now known as "Trust". Today is Election Day, November 3, 2020, a Tuesday. I still have cancer and these '" Not applicables" persist in their self regulatory delusion and knowingly harming consumers who are unable to purchase necessary life-saving chemotherapy with zero access to USE of MY OWN PROPERTY. And no...granting access to my property is not equivalent to a robot informing me of my account balance over the phone...I ACTUALLY MUST NECESSARILY be permitted, NOT BLOCKED, from USE of the money...in REALITY, this is called illegal conversion of property, constructive theft, and, in any case, STILL A FRAUD. Within the message there was reference to a date: "06232017". I recognize it as a date because I am sitting here with one of those junk checks that Wells Fargo defrauded me into paying for from the crooks at Harland Clarke which I had voided by writing "PNC BANK, NAM" in red ink and dated it, also in red ink, on 08/22/2017. I have never applied for credit with PNC but I did have a bank account from which PNC stole, and permitted Suntrust to steal, from...so that was probably my way to remind myself that PNC, Suntrust, Wells Fargo, Harland Clarke, plus now with BB&T, would likely still be indebted to me substantially. This junk Harland Clarke piece of paper was from 2013. In 2015 I was also an unlucky recipient of more Harland Clarke paper alleging to be negotiable instruments. Regions was forced to close some eighty branches the weeks after the combination contributed to the theft of my unemcumbered condominium on Collins Ave in Surfside, Florida among other things so now off to the FBI it is to see to it Harland & Clarke never prints on another piece of paper again.
