Increasingly concerned and frustrated that I cannot make any payments on my account. A lawsuit must come from this for the damages caused by BB&T and Truist in creating such a chaotic mess. If this bank cannot get its scrambled crap system together then I'll move my payments to another bank.

It really is crazy. I have had nothing but problems since this switch. Sloppy, unorganized and keeping me from important matters. I'm pissed.
