why is this stillll and issue?! I do my bills on my phone all the time and its super frustrating that I cannot use the app. Everytime I try to login it says system error? When will this be fixed?

Tried multiple times to get on now it says my access is blocked
mine also says access blocked. I can log on online but not to the app.
