Will not let me place a pickup order

Maddening, it's been over two hours of me creating and recreating an account, confirming every piece of information about myself even though the site itself says there is no reason for me to provide an address for a pickup order. Wouldn't let me check out as guest, will not allow me to check out with an account. I've cleared cookies and shut down the entire browser twice, no dice. I've even restarted my computer. I've tried different stores...I'm at a loss.
