Cannot access bookstore on nook or online website

Cannot open bookstore on nook.  It will open partway but all books are grayed out .  If wait long enough a message displays that something went wrong and to try again  Cannot open website.  It loads partially then stops.  

Library displays and can read purchased books.  

This has been an issue since Saturday 10.10.2020
