Keep getting redirected to login page or "site can't be reached"

It is taking almost a full minute or more to get the login page to load, followed by another full minute to actually login. After which, it may take another full minute or more to load any link that I click on. Or I have more frequently been getting a timed out connection and receive a "This site can't be reached" notice.
