I was notified that I was locked out of my account and to call a number (on the app) so I did. When I called I was made to hold for almost an hour and a message from a live person says we can't help call later an it hangs up. I cannot access anything, the system does not recognize my identifiers and now im running into walls. I don't need my credit score affected due to the faulty and frankly abhorrent customer service protocols this large bank has set up.
