unable to login to Bank of the West
Same problem here. Over an hour wait on the phone for a customer service rep.
Has anyone been able to get through to a CX agent for more info? Every time I call its 60+ min wait. I havent been able to access my banking info since 7/9 and cant get anyone on the line through customer support.
After an hour wait I talked to a customer service rep. He told me they are experiencing problems and to keep trying. No timeframe and no solutions! I pressed hard and nothing!
Same problem as described above. Hour+ wait time for customer service rep. Long history of incompetence at this bank
BOW down on computer access can reach through bow mobile appl sign in; Cant log in by computer. when call main number get message high call volume
wait time to speak main number says 1 hour. i was able to contact a local branch but not through the main number.of 800-488-2265

Went to my branch bank office and they helped me. I needed a new username and then they resent my account login.
Had to call and speak to regular banking agent to tranfer funds between accts, I asked about the outage and if she knew when it would be fixed. She said it had been doing for seven days now and they had no ETA on when it would be back up.
I can't log in to the BOW website from my computer. This is the message I receive:
You don't have permission to access "http://online.bankofthewest.com/BOW/login.aspx" on this server.
