Transactions denied (money available in account)

I have had several transactions denied, at several different locations. I have more than enough money in my account. I have tried calling customer service twice. The first time I was on hold for 45 minutes. This call (so far) 15 minutes. In between hold recording/music is a notice that states

" Due to a higher than anticipated call volume all customer service representatives Are busy helping others.... blah blah".

 

 I need my money.
