Fourth time in 2 weeks I have reported this problem. Can't get it to re-set my password - STILL!!! Called AGAIN today after over an hour long wait, & was told formal request to re-set my password would be sent, to wait 4 hours & try again.
Well, that's BS because it is still no different & after FIVE hours password reset STILL doesn't work!!! I am a business owner as well as a personal banking customer & I have about had it with all of this nonsense. I have never, ever experienced this kind of BS in my entire 55 years. To be told for TWO WEEKS that it is an "update"? Bull. Someone at BOW doesn't have a clue as to what they are doing.
