PLEASE READ MOBILE HACKING

After being on phone everday for over a week and 6 hours waits daily i was told mobile banking was hacked on thousands of accounts..so they are trying to put in place new tech ..firewalls...that’s all the other banks have had since the 90’s...that customer service reps aren’t even bank of the west reps because they don’t have the infrastructure to deal with this hacking...I closed all my accounts I had for 30 years not because of hacking but dismal customer service or lack of notice....they don’t want media to get a hold of this story...so they rather keep customers in the dark..no thank you..I’ll take my money to the bigger banks who aren’t afraid to let us know...and ps local branches don’t have a clue what’s going on just whatever memos they get Is all they know..
