Now says don't have any account to log in to.

I have my car loan and sent them check to pay it off in full.  When I was allowed to log in, it didn't show it was paid off, the got the check 3/25.  Tried there 1-800 number and for two days straight I hung up after waiting 40 minutes.  I have no choice now but to call and wait it out.
