I was denied access when trying to login online. I waited for 1hr 10 mins to talk to customer service. When I finally talked to a rep he gave me the following direct address to login online:
online.bankofthewest.com
The link to the address is broken on the Bank of the West main page. I was able to login online using this address directly.

Thank you!!! This works. Tried to login for 3 days, then saw your post. This login issue is totally unacceptable. There is nothing on their homepage and the problems are ignored on their Twitter account.
