Mobile banking/zelle payment

Mobile banking keeps coming up and going down my Zelle payments can’t be excepted customer service is unreachable I’ve sat on hold for numerous times and been hung up on I’ve been waiting almost 2 months for a new bank card it has been re-ordered three times and none of them still have arrived I don’t understand what’s going on but I’m starting to get mad
