Both the mobile app and online banking have been down since last week. Cannot log in regardless of the information input. Have waited on hold multiple times without ever reaching a rep because I keep getting hung up on. Went into the branch today and was told that they're being "hacked". Yes they said hacked. Their systems are being inundated by computerized login attempts that keep locking up the system. After 20+ years with BotW I'm thinking it's time for a new bank.
