Mobile application is not working after User name update

I can access my account through the web site, but not through mobile application. I suspect that the issue could be related to some accounts only. Few days ago Bank of the West sent e-mail messages to some customers asking for User Name change (in case when old user name was too simple and had no Numbers or special characters). I have updated my user name as requested and that started all my problems. After many attempts I was able to login using web-page, but mobile application is giving me the same error message (as described by other users). I hope some other users could comment on this - is it only related to Updated User names or to all users?
