Mobile app won't work

Started a couple of weeks ago for me.  Can't sign into the mobile app.  you either get messages telling you to call a number or it says it can't complete your request right now.  Or it just sits there spinning saying connecting but never does.  I have been on the 800 line on hold for over an hour now.  It's hard to deposit a check when you are 1000 miles from the nearest branch.
