Getting into any Bank of the West site

I have spoken to 4 different reps, each one telling me a differnt story on how I can gain access.  It's a joke!  It's incompetentcy at it's highest.  I have just had three different browsers downloaded plus a new Windows 10 Pro and no matter what I do....or even before I do it, it says ACCESS DENIED. I will give it one last try and when I'm home again....I will close all accounts and switched to another bank.  I've been with them for over 30 years!!!
