Denied Acces from Thailand

Come on Bank of the West.  You have completely shut me out from access to my account.  Do you think Thailand is the only country that has scammers?  I need access to my account and it's been three weeks now.  I have called long distance and have spoken to six different reps, each having me jumping through a different set of hoops.  Do as you did before.....send me a verification code to my email, let me enter the numbers and HAVE ACCESS TO MY ACCOUNT.  This is going to cost you customers in the near future.
