i was told when  i went to online banking i could not access my accounts as I had exceeded the number of times the password had been used. I ran into the same problem on June 28, 2019. I called the local lockeford branch and was told i needed to come in to get help resetting the password as I had tried to follow the instructions online to reset. The information requested seemed more than necessary to reset a password. when I went to the local branch, I asked what happened as other people experienced the same problem. I was told BOW computer system was down. I just hope the system hasn't been hacked.  I live rurally and rely on using the online system. If not resolved soon, Ill need to find another bank. Also I don't think your phone system is basically unreachable!
