Cannot log in to Mobile Banking for 4 days now

I cannot use my mobile banking app, just spins saying securely signing in. Call and it says it's an hour wait to speak with someone. This is ridiculous! Logging in online and now that's giving me issues. I'm pretty upset that the bank had yet to contact us giving status updates.
