Can’t access online banking

waited for almost an hour to be told my account had been accessed by someone in Nigeria and I needed to go in and close all of my accounts, and reopen them. But they wouldn’t freeze my accounts, just not allow any further access to online banking until I have new accounts. All of my online info was reset yesterday after not being able to access online banking for ,ore than 2 weeks.
