Account locked out

Can't access my account because online locked me out for the last five days.

This is just not right. I to am locked out. I am disabled and need on line banking. They treat us like garbage. No custamer service, no notice of if or when it will work. If at all. I may have to change banks. If you can walk, I sugest you find a bank that gives a dam.
