Zelle transfer not received!!! Can’t login either WTF

I seller from one acct to another ALL INFO IS CONFIRMED ACCURATE the zelle went thru but bofa hasn't received this I do this weekly my money is in limbo and I can't login f u bofa after 30 yrs I've never had an issue like this I will be closing my account I'm done with bofa
