Will not send authorization code

On multiple occasions in the last few weeks, I have waited for hours for an authorization code that never comes. After each 30  minutes I have requested another code but never received any. This happens when I am trying to transfer money (less that $10,000) from my account to another BOA account. Very frustrating. i have had to make appointments at the bank to do these transactions that should be easy to do online. 

I am looking for another bank
