UPDATE: Online banking AVAILABLE ON SAFARI but not Firefox

Able to get on immediately via Safari while still getting error message via Firefox.

Telephone Customer Service at BankofAmerica was outstanding, thorough, and cordial--not typical adjectives i would normally be using with anyone's customer service these days.
