Unable to login to accounts or website

Website totally unreachable for the last 3 days "..took too long to respond..." incredibly slow loading, nothing changed my side, have tried three separate computers, 4 different browsers, reboted, added domain to white list (again) temporarily stopped anti-virus, cleared caches etc etc etc........all the usual suspects, nothings changes, held on BofA help line for 55 minutes plus each day and still no go, this happened here last week and the week before!   Having to use phone banking, not great!!
