Mr Moynihan...Iam writing because I have no other alternative. I have been in my house now for14 years and I am tryign desperately to hang onto it. I have tried to have my interest lowered and to no avail you are not budging. I am on disability and unable to work at this time. I was in a car accident 4 years ago that robbed me of my job and future. I had explained this to your assistant Tracey last January and was sent a contract I was told I HAD to sign or my house would be put into foreclosure. I signed btu knew at the time I wasnt going to be able to make the payments. At one point the bank was willing to lower the payments to 600.00 a month and this would have been manageable. Now at 985.79 I cannot pay my bills and the mortgage. I want my home and cannot for the life of me understand why these first payments couldnt be adhered to. I have submitted all the information I can and dont hink you bank gives a rats a!* if people out here sink or swim. Is another vacant home going to improve the neighborhood or your banks seemly bad reputation? I have no where to go sir and I have been asking for help from every agency I can reach out to. All I want is the chance to make my loan right, lower the payments so I can stay in the home I have endured 4 floods from and and have had to basically rebuild due to major flood. This home isnt worth the mortgage payment, and I think that being as I am a tax paying citizen and on disability I should have a small bit of consideration. What do I do sir, not pay utilities or not eat just to make my loan payment??? I am asking for clemencey here and the opportunity to do the right thing on your behalf and help us out that cant make ends meet. I dont think another person living in a shelter feeding off of tax payers is the answer. I am sick to death of fighting you people about everything. The answer is simple, lower the payment getit in line with the actual value of the property and cut me a break.y home and have put everything I have intro it. I am sure you and your wife dont know what poverty is all about andf I m sure that when you are broke it doesnt mean you have to beg money from family or return pop bottles or try to sell off family hierlooms to survive. I need help and this could be made right. I am begging you for the chance to make this right. I have gone as far as asking Pres. Obama and Mr. Donovan for help. This smearing of poor people in this country at the hands of corporations is BS, pardon my thought. We poorer people have rights too just not grasped by the majority. There is no middle class and is it my fault I was hit by a reckless driver and put on disabality. I didnt ask for this sir and have tried to make this plea over and over again. I want my home. You can make this right for me. I am begging you PLEASE!!!!! My time is running out . Please reply as I have no where to go and the shelters in MIch. are pretty full.
