Sluggish and Times Out

Tried to log on to the BOA site from work AND from home.  both locations gave me same result.  website was very sluggish and at times would time out.  Tried to chat online with customer rep and box popped up to say this feature was currently unavailable.  Also have noticed that none of the transaction I had done (credit card purchases) have been posted yet to the acct.
