Site continues to be down

I can't even get the page to load most times.  Sometimes I get a message stating that there must be a problem on my end.  They charge you if you call more than a certain number of times.  You cannot find out your balance or pay your bills when the site is down.  Yet they keep encouraging you to do all your banking online.  I've had the most problems with BOFA than any other bank.
