Without thinking, I clicked yes to allow an update to internet explorer 9. I didn't connect it to the problem at first, but immediately lost connectivity to bank of america site. On realizing what was wrong, I went through all of the fixes (switching on compatibility mode on that page--still, it would not allow onto the site) Today I uninstalled IE9 and went back to 8 and was immediately able to access the site. Did you recently upgrade? You might try IE8--it usually takes Microsoft a year to get the latest version to work or for websites to recode.
