Network unavailable on LTE

For the past 2 weeks, I have been unable to sign in to my BoA app if I'm not on wifi. If I'm on LTE network the app says "network unavailable". It works fine when I'm connected to wifi. Is this a problem with the app or my phone? I have deleted the app and reloaded a couple of times and still have the same issue.
