Can't login to my account online and can't get nyone on the phone. There is a 25 minute wait and while holding I was cut off with a message saying they are unable to process my call at this time.

BofA is a joke!Too big for customer service- BofA mortgage call center is in India. Site is down again- can't view any account information. BofA to change name to BofC- Bank of Clowns!
I WORK AT THE CALL CENTER. I did not know that Montana was a state of India. I have been paying US taxes.
I'm also getting a message saying there are no open accounts associated with my online ID. That was initially a bit startling!
I just called them. The site is down right now and so are various ATMs. They are hoping to get everything up and running by 10:45 but if not, it might take awhile.
