Log In Not Working - No Live Person to talk to!

I tried logging into two Bank of America acccounts - personal/checking and a separte business account.  I can not access either using my User Id and Passwords. Then I tried resetting my passwords and user ID's and did not work.  Called 3 of the 1-800 lines and all directed me to the Automated Attendant.  This is very serious issue and considering taking my business elsewhere beginning tomorrow, Tuesday, Sept. 5!
