The site is now extremely slow. Deleting an account is a real chore. Hard to believe that it was considered ready to release. The previous site was much better.

How does one delete an account in the latest My Portfolio? I keep going round and round but cannot for the life of me find how to delete an account. Argh!

They hide it on the edit page, next to Action, just below account number. I'll return here when I look for delete a year from now.

I had the same problem and finally managed to figure it out. Under My Portfolio, go to My Accounts -> Account summary page. Click on the account you want to delete. When it expands out, click on the Edit tab. You will see a stack of little horizontal bars towards the end of the little account panel (much like the same you see when entering a comment here). Click on that and the entire panel should expand. Now if you scroll to the end of the panel, there are Update and Delete buttons for the account. Hope that helps.

Found it! Thanks a ton!

Finally, I just finished deleting all my "other than BofA" accounts from "My Portfolio". I have to say that Yodlee made this totally crap with their last update. I don't know who did their design... but it's slow and will not work on my iPad.. and so unintuitive.. so sad I "LOVED" the original version of it... I started my New Year resolutions early!!

with their latest upgrade, they made a very difficult job impossible. the delete button is nowhere to be found under "edit" I dont understand how they took a great program initially and made it so TERRIBLE. it is unusable now.

Latest up grade also removed most of the usefulness of the Portfolio - it no longer goes out to my credit card sites and other sites and aggregates what I owe and when the next payment is due. It has jus become a list, nothing more - WORTHLESS. I spent an hour on the phone with Bank of America tech support before they figured out that the Bill Reminders area had been disabled in this last "UPDATE"!

I used to print out a copy of My Portfolio every quarter or so as a snapshot of finances and obligations to put in with my will and other important financial documents. As I am head of household and bill payments are mostly automated, it serves as a record of accounts and loyalty programs of interest (airline miles, etc.) The old site, while fickle, worked well enough. This new site is largely unusable, with its locked mess of tabbed frames. The expense analysis is not accurate and to actually get to account information is cumbersome. Clearly no one actually performed any type of usability analysis on the new site or spent five minutes on an actual interface design. It is genuinely bad enough that I would consider moving banks now. I have been considering a move for some time now given poor customer service and ever-changing staff at BoA, but usually decide against switching banks because all of my bill pay is set up and works well. The thought of signing up for yet another web site to manage this function or the portfolio summary is unappealing.

I agree on the Portfolio redesign not working well. I have used the old design for years and very satisfied. I have ended up with duplication of accounts and have not been able to delete them. Also when I click on an account I get kicked out of Portfolio and get an error message.
