As of 5 minutes ago, BofA online Bill-pay was back up. Down since Monday. I spoke via chat with CS this morning and they had no ETR or cause of outage. I suggested a new CIO who takes customer satisfaction seriously. Turns out the CIO resigned in April and a new CIO has been selected from Consumer division. Not a great start.
