Error says site is under construction . . . Not likely.

Tried 4 computers and 3 browsers with no luck.  Tried boa.com and bankofamerica.com, both http and https.  Bank of America says they are not having any problems that they are aware.  It appears that somebody is mucking with the DNS.  Bank of America is the only site with which I have a problem.  It's been going on now for several days.  Second level support from Comcast is supposed to call me in the morning to hopefully explain and correct this.  (It's a waste of time talking to first level.   They're extremely polite but absolutely useless in correcting the problem.  If it's not covered in their prescribed procedures they're at a loss of what to do.
