don't call BofA tech support for this outage; they'll insist that your browser is to blame

It would be nice if Bank of America would stop treating their customers like idiots that can't use a browser.  I tried to report the outage to them, and they say there are no reports of any outages and I'll have to clear my cookies, try another browser, etc..  They say that this web site is not reliable for tracking public reports of an outage because it's a third-party website.  I'm considering moving my substantial deposits to another institution where they have competent tech support.

I completely agree! If it's the browser, then we've run out of browsers to try! We've cleared cookies. We've tried Firefox and Safari on my Mac, which have ALWAYS worked until this week. We downloaded the BOA recommended Google Chrome. That doesn't work either. If their site is working so well then why are there all these complaints?

What's the tech support number please? If enough of us keep calling them, maybe THAT could be considered a reliable form of outrage.
