COMPLAIN TO BANK OF AMERICA - I just called and the rep said they have had NO complaints

All,

Please ensure you complain to Bank of America.  I have been trying to get in via the mobile device (phone) AND my laptop (regular site) without success for about 30 minutes.  Then I called web support and waited for about a minute for a representative.  About 15 seconds before he answered, I was able to get in.  I told him of the issue of not being able to connect and he said that they weren't aware of any issues!!!  I told him all you have to do is google bank of america website down and you will see people complaining.  He put me on hold and said, they haven't received ANY  complaints on it and when it happens again to immediately call them.  I will definitely not wait next time, I will call them after I'm unable to get in after a minute or two.

I called them and had to get a supervisor. They are aware of problems now for over 24 hours and the online side phone rep I first talked to, after a transfer there, said there were no issues. The supervisor said many lower level reps don't have access to see that they have an open ticket but the one I talked to should have but apparently does not know how to use the system. The supervisor told me that the issue may or may not be resolved today and they are having servers fail and then having increased load on the failover servers which continues the cycle. Summary: they don't know what's going on or they aren't saying They tried to claim it was very isolated (For instance to the Dallas, TX area only) and I pointed them this way).
