every time i go on the bofa app ( on my android phone ) it says go to app store to update i do and nothing happens just the same message
It has been happening several times, that I couldnot login to BoA online banking. Talked to an agent, he couldn't help me, transferred met to tech support, he couldn't help me either, wrote repair order for someone to call me. No call. Then I was able to log in yesterday. Tried again today, several times, message reads: this site can't be reached www.bankofamerica.com took too long to respond
What browser are you guys using? I'm on chrome and I'm having the same issue. I tried Edge and same. Also, what ISP do you have?
