Cant login, It accepts password and then throws back to login page with successful signoff msg

After the third attempt at login, at each attempt I was thrown-back(to login screen), I called Tech Support. The agent acknowledged that site access was down and recommended I try again 1 hour late. I'll try again at 18:20 HRS MST.
