When I enter my passkey, it sends me to the "Go Paperless" page. Then, when I click either button ("No thanks" or "Go Paperless"), it takes me to a page that says "We are temporarily unable to perform this function. Please try again later."

(I'm the OP) I just tried it on IE, and everything worked fine. Something appears to be wrong with Chrome.
Haven't been able to login on my MSN Premium home page for two days. However, no problem using IE or Firefox.
When attempting to login with any online ID (account), I receive the error message "We are temporarily unable to perform this function. Please try again later."
I tried logging in from Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, and Opera - all failed - same message. Most likely their doing site maintenance. Would have been nice if they had emailed customer's a warning - or at least posted a warning on the site itself that is was down for mainitenance, but they probably thought that would be advertising suicide. lol
