I can get to the first two sign in pages, but it won't go through. Have tried 6 times.

Bank of america online banking site is down again, it's been on and off all week. I used to work in IT at BOA, I know who works on their site, it doesn't surprise me a bit that it always has problems.
Any tips on how to get them to respond to support requests? They are completely ignoring the problem and it's been going on for about a month, at last for me. No access in weeks.
Any tips at all??
