When I enter the passcode, I get a message saying. "log off successful".

Me, too. Wtf? I need to transfer funds from one account to another or they'll charge me overdraft or nsf fees. Whatever. Guess I'll have to go to the atm, pull money out and redeposit it...although half the time, those are down, too. I have 6 accounts with BofA altogether, been seriously considering closing all of them.
