Cannot sign in for online banking.

I have tried and tried on my Samsung phone and tablet to online banking. I cannot get in any way I've tried. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app to no avail. Also, I try to sign in entering the information from other devices and I cannot get online. To say this is not frustrating is like saying humans don't need oxygen to breathe. It really, really STINKS!
