Cannot navigate to other areas of website once I get into bill pay

Once in bill pay when I try to go to "accounts", I get booted off the site and cannot re-enter from the sign on page. Each time I try to log in agaian, theplog in page just refreshes.  This has been happening since you changed you bill pay page last Sunday.
