I can get to the home page but not log in to my account.
BOA site is sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo slow. I've seen glaciers move faster, cadavers move faster. I can log in.... sometimes. Page load time > 5 minutes. Usually longer. Online bill pay does not load. Has not for 2+ days. All I want to do is pay some bills. But I can't. No known resolution for web issue. I will march into my local branch next week to demand satisfaction and I will not make it a pretty event for the employees! :-))))))
Monday 30th, entering login info just gets me back to the login page. No message of any kind, just re-directed to login. No response at all.
The same thing has been going on for me for a MONTH. Seriously a whole freaking MONTH. Bank of America support will not ackknowledge the issue, even after multiple support requests. So. Damn. Frustrating!!!!!!
